How long will it take to build my website?
At cKreative Web Design, our focus is not on churning out as many sites as possible – and that’s where a lot of designers get it wrong. Our goal is to get your new website up and running as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. That said, build time should typically be around 4-6 weeks. A more accurate timeline will be discussed on an individual basis.
How do I make changes to my site?

How can I pay my bill?
You will receive an invoice via Stripe, which will include a link to make payment(s).
Do you offer payment plans?
Our service plans offer the option to pay yearly, quarterly, or monthly, providing total flexibility to fit any budget.
Technical
There's something wrong with my website
- It’s normal to face website loading issues occasionally. Don’t worry, take a deep breath, and try these quick solutions:
1. Open the website in “Incognito Mode”.
2. If you are on a WiFi network, disconnect from it and use mobile data to reload the page.
3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
4. If the website still doesn’t load, create a support ticket.
How can I check my email?
The process for checking your email inbox will vary depending on your email provider. We typically recommend Google. If your domain email is hosted by Gmail, you can access it by visiting mail.google.com
